Instructions

Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the peas.

Stir and add the cut lettuce into strips and finely chopped onions.

Sprinkle with the flour, salt and pepper.

Cover peas with water and add sugar.

Cook, covered, over low heat, for 20 minutes.
