Instructions

Boil and peel the potatoes, then place them in a bowl and add eggs, cheese, salt and pepper: mix all ingredients well, until mixture is smooth.

Grease with olive oil the bottom of a baking pan, spread a layer of dough and arrange on top of anchovies, capers, black olives, hard boiled eggs, tomatoes, grated cheese and sautéed onions.

Cover with the remaining dough and pass the Pan in the oven at medium heat for about 45 minutes.
