Instructions
With a rolling pin roll out bread dough at an inch thick and place in a pan (or oven plate) well oiled.
Distributed on the surface the sliced mozzarella and gorgonzola into small pieces.
Sprinkle oregano, add salt, pepper and sprayed with oil spilled.
Bake in preheated oven at 220 degrees for about 20 minutes.

- 150 g of gorgonzola cheese
- 150 g of mozzarella
- Olive oil
- Oregano
