Instructions
Clean the baby squid, wash and boil them in salted boiling water.
Wash shrimp, boil for a few minutes, drain and sgusciateli.
Wash and brush very well the mussels and clams, let them open in a pan without strong flame and seasoning.
Discard those that remain closed, remove clams from others and keep them aside.
Peel the onion and 4 cloves garlic, cut into thin slices and season them in a pan with a little oil and chilli, then add the baby octopus, mussels, clams and shrimps.
Add salt and seasoning, stirring frequently.
Turn, add the chopped parsley.
In a roasting pan just oiled or lined with parchment paper, roll out the dough.
Distributed on the surface the tomatoes washed, peeled and cut into four, season with a tour of oil and cook in preheated oven at 220 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Distributed on the surface of the fish and put in the oven for another 7-8 minutes, not more otherwise harden.
Serve immediately very hot pizza cut into wedges

- 1 onion
- Parsley
