Pizza with anchovies
Instructions
Roll out the dough into a greased baking, dress with the flesh chopped and drained tomatoes.
Add a pinch of salt and washed down with plenty of oil.
Infornatela in hot oven (250 degrees) for 20-25 minutes.
A few minutes before the end of cooking, add the pizza mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced, anchovy fillets well peppered black olives, cut in half and a few leaves of basil, after cleaning it with a damp cloth.

- 300 g of ripe tomatoes
- 1 mozzarella
- Some of anchovy fillets in olive oil
- Black olives
- Basil
- Olive oil
