Instructions
Knead the dough with the Palm of your hand until a paste without lumps, smooth, supple and strong.
Place the dough into a floured Bowl, cover with a cloth and leave to rise for 1 hour, warm (about 20 degrees).
Divide the dough with your hands, gaining four discs of about 22 cm in diameter.
Hold the dough as if it were bread dough, pull firmly with the Palm of your hands, from the Center towards the edges, removing air.
Flattened discs, leaving the outside edge a bit more often.
Place the dressing, leaving the border unguarded.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 40 g of brewer's yeast
- 600 g of flour
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 pinches of salt
- For seasoning:
- 2 small apples sliced very fine slices
- 10 walnuts of walnut
- 12 cut prunes in half
