Potato pizza
Instructions
Boil the peeled potatoes in cold water for 40 minutes, pass through a sieve and mixing with the flour and a pinch of salt until a consistent and elastic dough.
Spread it in a greased baking oil, to a height of 1/2 cm.
Cover the dough with tomatoes and mozzarella into slices, add salt, olive oil and oregano.
Put in oven at 220 degrees for about 15 minutes.
