Instructions
Go to boiled potatoes masher.
Combine the puree 1 tablespoon oil and salt.
With 1/2 tablespoon oil to sweat the onion thin; Add the chopped tomatoes and cook for 15 minutes.
In a greased baking dish with 1/2 tablespoon oil lay half mashed up; season with tomato sauce, olives, capers and anchovies.
Cover with the remaining puree, season with a little oil and bake at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
