Instructions
Roll out the dough into a greased baking, dress with the flesh chopped and drained tomatoes.
Add a pinch of salt and washed down with plenty of oil.
Infornatela in hot oven (250 degrees) for 20-25 minutes.
A few minutes before end of cooking pizza, add mozzarella, cubed or sliced, a sprinkling of parmesan and a few leaves of basil, after cleaning it with a damp cloth.

- 500 g of pizza dough (see recipe)
- 300 g of ripe tomatoes
- 1 mozzarella
- Basil
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Grated parmesan cheese
