Instructions
Carefully brush the mussels under running water and wash well.
Put them in a pan and let them open without flame lively condiment.
In a roasting pan just oiled or lined with parchment paper, roll out the dough for the pizza.
Distributed on the surface the diced tomatoes, draw a cross with the blunt side of a knife and proceed into wedges.
On one put green olives and anchovy fillets and de-boned water; in another the mussels; in the third the ham and mozzarella check; in the past the artichokes halves and black olives.
Season everything with a tour of oil spilled, add salt and pepper.
Bake in preheated oven at 220 degrees for about 15-20 minutes

- 25 g of green olives
- 50 g of ham
- 50 g of mozzarella
- 4 salted anchovies
