Pizza rustica cheese
Instructions
With flour, butter and salt to prepare the dough.
Sift the ricotta and add 3 egg yolks.
Incorporate cheese and diced sausage.
Add salt, pepper, and sprinkle with parsley.
Divide the dough in half, roll it and place it on the bottom of a large greased baking with butter.
Add the mixture and cover with the remaining pastry.
Brush with 1 egg yolk and bake for 50 minutes at 180 degrees.

- 100 g of mozzarella
- 100 g of smoked provola cheese
- 100 g of a little seasoned sausage
- 4 egg yolks
