Baked plaice
Instructions
Squeeze citrus fruits.
Grate the washed rind of 1/2 lemon and mix it with 2 cups of breadcrumbs, oregano and a pinch of salt.
Sprinkle the bottom of a baking dish with the citrus juice, add the fillets in a single layer, sprinkle them with salt and pepper and cover them with the bread crumbs.
Spray them with the rest of the juice and bake at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes.
Irrorarli with a little olive oil and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.

- 700 g of plaice fillets
- 2 lemons
- 1 orange
- Breadcrumbs
- 1 == Pto Oregano
- 1 thread of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
