Plaice marinade
Instructions
Passed the fillets in the egg, then in flour, FRY and arrange on a plate.
In a saucepan, cut into thin slices lemon and shallots, cover with water and vinegar and simmer 10 minutes.
Pour the marinade over fillets and pepper.
Let cool and place in the fridge for half a day.
