Instructions

Melt the butter and add sugar, egg yolks, lemon juice, rum, flour; mix well and pour the egg whites that have mounted to snow.

Put the yeast and stir well.

Grease a rectangular pan and pour in the mixture and bake for 1 hour.

The cake is cooked when putting an iron to the center of the cake, this will dry.

Before serving, brush the surface of some sweet apple jelly you have diluted in water, and as a garnish add candied fruit.
