Instructions

Mix all the ingredients with a whisk to avoid lumps forming.

Season to taste with orange zest or lemon zest.

Bake in well buttered Cake mould and dusted with flour for about 50 minutes at 200 degrees.

How many cups of sugar can be reduced to two, so for eggs, but with 3 jars the cake is more good.
