Surprise polenta
Instructions
Prepare a rather soft polenta.
Cut into very small cubes of mozzarella and gruyere.
Beat the eggs with the grated Parmesan, add the diced cheese and stir carefully.
Pour the mixture into a baking pan greased with butter and sprinkled with breadcrumbs, distributed on the surface of butter ribbons.
Bake in oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

- 250 g of bramata corn flour
- 2 eggs
- 4 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 mozzarella
- 150 g of emmenthal cheese
- Butter
- Salt
- 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
