Instructions
In a saucepan melt the butter; Add the flour and, stirring, let it toast.
You will get a compound called roux blond.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and pour the cold milk gradually, stirring constantly.
When you have incorporated all the milk, put the saucepan on the heat and, stirring constantly, bring to the boil.
Keep the saucepan on the stove for 2 minutes so that the flour bake completely.
Add salt and pepper and, if you like the sauce, perfumed with grated nutmeg.
