Instructions
If you use the onion in butter gilds.
Add the sifted flour, stir and add the hot milk, a little at a time.
Season with salt, pepper and a pinch of grated nutmeg.
Bring to the boil and thicken, stirring constantly (about 10-15 minutes).
Suitable for various uses.
