Generous polenta
Instructions
Bake the cornmeal in milk with salt and a knob of butter for 30 minutes.
Must be a little soft, so if necessary, add a little more milk.
Allow to cool a little and join the rest of the butter, 3 egg yolks and the clear Mount Snow.
Butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs one mold.
Pour in the mixture and place in oven for 30 minutes.
Serve, as desired, with mushroom sauce or gravy.

- 500 g of yellow flour
- 100 cl of milk
- 3 eggs
- 50 g of butter
- Breadcrumbs
