Instructions

Boil the milk, add the salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the flour and stir over a low heat, put this mixture of butter and flour into milk and stir vigorously with a whisk, cooking the sauce for 1-2 minutes on very low heat.
