Botched polenta alla ciociara
Instructions
Chop the mushrooms and crumbled sausages in a clay pot, add oil and FRY stirring.
Add the meat sauce and continue cooking for about 20 minutes.
Cut into thin slices mozzarella; cut into large slices the polenta.
Grease a baking dish and sprinkle the alternating layers of polenta with meat sauce, grated cheese and mozzarella.
Finish with a layer of sauce and some butter.
Bake in preheated oven at 190 degrees for 20 minutes.
