Octopus with thermomix
Instructions
Add evaporate the oil, garlic, chili, Octopus and Cook: 20 minutes at room temperature 100 speed 1.
Sprays with the white wine and let evaporate for 2 minutes.
Combine the tomato pulp and finishes cooking for another 5 minutes at room temperature 1 speed 100, adding salt to taste.
When cooked, combine the chopped parsley.
The cooking time may vary because it depends on the quality of the fish.
