Polyp in white wine
Instructions
Boil the Octopus in boiling water for about 10 minutes; leave it to drain and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Heat the oil in a pan, add the onion and tomatoes and saute without Brown.
Then add Octopus, sprinkle with wine, raise the heat and cook on high heat until all the wine has evaporated.
Then reduce the heat and finish cooking.
