Instructions

Thoroughly wash the chicken and cut it into pieces.

Put in a saucepan of oil and wipe the salt anchovies, washed and cut into pieces.

Add the chicken and Brown on all sides, then salt and pepatelo.

Add the tomato pulp and some basil leaves.

Stretch two glasses of broth, add a bay leaf, add salt and pepper to taste.

Continue cooking over low heat for about an hour.

If all were to dry out too much and sticking to the bottom of the casserole, add more broth.

Finally sprinkle with a handful of parsley and a clove of garlic chopped together, mix well and serve on a nice serving dish.
