Chicken with tuna
Instructions
In a saucepan heat three tablespoons of olive oil and gently saucepan, heat the chicken.
Should be sprayed with a glass of white wine and let it evaporate.
After a few minutes add salt, pepper, add a bay leaf and a clove of garlic, onion, carrot and celery chopped well.
Cover the Pan and cook in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about an hour.
Meanwhile prepare the mayonnaise.
Blend tuna and anchovies washed and de-boned.
Stir puree mayonnaise, add a tablespoon of capers, mixed with care.
Take the Pan from the oven, remove the chicken, filtered to pass the cooking and add mayonnaise.
Cold chicken cut into pieces, place on a serving dish, cover with mayonnaise.
Keep in refrigerator 2 hours.
Accompanying wines: the dish requires white wines like Collio Tocai DOC, Marino DOC.

- 1 chicken
- 250 g of tuna in olive oil

- 2 salted anchovies
- 1 tablespoon of capers
- 1 glass dry white wine
- 1 leaf of laurel

- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
