Lemon cream chicken
Instructions
Cut the chicken breast into chunks and let brown slightly in a pan with 3 tablespoons of oil.
Sprinkle with lemon juice, add salt and pepper and cook on moderate heat for about 15 minutes, adding if necessary a bit of hot water.
After this time, remove the chicken pieces from the Pan and pour in the Philadelphia, you'll first dissolved with milk.
Add salt and pepper, add the parsley and simmer the cream for a few minutes.
