Instructions

Clean the chicken and salary.

Take a casserole of chicken that does not occupy more than 2/3 of its capacity; cold chicken with them, fill completely with beer, add the sprig of Rosemary; place all on a very flame alive.

After about half an hour the beer, which is almost completely evaporated, will form a condensate at the bottom of the saucepan, turn over the chicken to give it proper coloring.

Serve very hot.
