Instructions
Clean the chicken entrails, remove head and legs and wash it very well under running water, then dry it.
Cut the bacon into small pieces and place it inside of the chicken with salt and pepper.
Salted chicken outside and then put it to Brown in a large pan with oil and a sprig of Rosemary.
Cover the Pan, occasionally turns the chicken and add a little broth if you attack at the bottom.
When the chicken is almost cooked, top with slices of prosciutto and sprinkle with wine and then letting it evaporate.
Sprinkle with pepper and serve.

- 1 great chicken
- Some slices of ham
- 1 slice large of bacon
- 1 glass white wine
- Little of broth
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
