Cook without coloring the chicken in no butter, salt and pepper.
Cover and Cook, turning the chicken occasionally, for 30 minutes.
Beat the egg yolk with the cream.
Blow up the mushrooms in butter.
Add the mushrooms in the pot.
Cook covered 5 minutes.
Put the chicken on serving dish.
Add cream to sauce, heat without boiling and pour over the meat.
