Chicken paprika
Instructions
Wash the chicken, dry it and cut it into small pieces as uniform as possible.
Chop the bacon and onions, separately, using the Crescent.
Cut peppers in half, give them the seeds and white membranes, then wash them and cut the flesh into thin strips.
Gently fry the bacon in a baking dish with olive oil, then add the onions and fry them, too.
Add the paprika, then put into the chicken pieces and brown them on all sides, then add salt.
Add the tomato and peppers, cover the Pan and simmer the meat to moderate heat for 30-40 minutes.
If the cooking tends to dry out too much, add every now and then a little water.
