Caper sauce chicken
Instructions
Heat two tablespoons of butter in a pan over low heat.
Add the chicken and Brown on both sides for 4 or 5 minutes.
Remove the chicken from the fire, put it on a hot dish and season with salt, pepper and oil.
Pour the lemon juice and capers into the Pan, heat and add the remaining butter.
Stir until completely dissolved.
Add the parsley and pour the sauce over the chicken.
Garnish with lemon slices and serve with boiled rice or potato salad.

- 6 steaks of chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of capers
- Parsley
- 1 lemon slices
