Chicken with spices
Instructions
Boil the rice and drain.
Clean the chicken and cut it into at least 10 pieces.
Chop the almonds in the mixer with a teaspoon of water.
Passed to the mixer even ginger, onion and salt, obtaining a paste where pass the chicken.
Cook the chicken in a saucepan, adding with a glass of water for 10 minutes.
Take it out, keeping it hot and adding to cooking the yoghurt and almond paste.
In another saucepan melt the butter and add the chicken pieces in the dough flavored with cloves, black peppercorns and cinnamon, chopped fine.
Do flavor stirring for 10 minutes.
Combine rice, yoghurt and saffron sauce, cook covered for 5 minutes plan.
Put in oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.

- 1500 g of chicken
- 100 g of butter
- 500 g of rice
- 1 onion
- 1 handful of peeled almonds
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 3 cloves
- Cinnamon
- Ginger
- Saffron
- Nutmeg
- Black pepper
- Skinny natural yoghurt
