Chicken with coconut
Instructions
Put salt, pepper and flour in a large saucepan.
Add the chicken and try to cover it entirely.
Put the chicken to fry in a pan.
When you take it out, Golden and lightly in same Pan put to cook the onions, peppers, tomatoes, curry, saffron and paprika.
After a few minutes add the chicken and cook on low heat until it becomes tender.
Meanwhile in a separate pan boil the broth and let boil the coconut for 10 minutes.
Remove the chicken from the heat, pour in the broth (and coconut) and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 chicken cut in half
- 3 big tomatoes
- Salt
- Pepper
- Flour
- Olive oil
- 1 grated coconut
- 2 onions cut into slices
- 1 sliced pepper
- 1 pinch of saffron
- 1 cup of chicken soup
- 4 teaspoons of curry powder
- Paprika
