Cold mustard chicken
Instructions
Boil the chicken breasts, chill and cut into strips.
Put the strips of chicken in a salad bowl.
Crush the anchovies and transfer them in a bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of mustard, lemon juice and olive oil to get a creamy sauce.
Stir the sauce and pour it over the chicken.
Serve cold.

- 2 chicken breasts opened and cleaned
- 4 anchovy fillets
- 1 tablespoon of sweet mustard
- 1/2 lemon
- Olive oil
