Cut the chicken into small pieces, and put it to soak about 2 hours in a little oil slammed with lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper.
Drain then each piece, flour, pass it in the egg and then in bread crumbs; FRY in oil not too flame alive and serve with lemon wedges.
