Chicken in green cream
Instructions
Fry the chicken in a saucepan capable with 4 tablespoons oil, add salt and pepper, sprinkle with flour and cook on moderate heat for about 40 minutes, adding a little water as they warm the cooking dries.
Meanwhile, wash and peel the vegetables and chop; also chop herbs and lemon zest and when done together, but apart from half chives.
Spending the time suitable to polllo add vegetables and chopped herbs, lemon zest and ii milk, stirring well.
Cook 5 more minutes, turning the chicken in the sauce.
Served piping hot, sprinkling with the remaining chives.
