Terracotta chicken
Instructions
Clean, empty, add salt, pepper and chicken.
Soak for 5 minutes, the clay pot in lukewarm water.
Sgocciolatela but not dry.
A sprig of chopped Rosemary, one of thyme, savory, one of four Sage leaves and parsley, add the oregano and put half of the mixture into the Pan, lay over chicken and sprinkle with remaining herbs.
Cook in the oven at 220 degrees for an hour and a quarter.
