Stewed chicken
Instructions
In a large skillet saute the sliced onion and the crushed garlic with 4 tablespoons of olive oil, add chopped chicken, salt and saute for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with 1/2 glass of wine, let it evaporate, add the chopped tomato, pepper and mix.
Cook over medium heat for 1 hour, adding, if necessary, a little hot water and adding half-cooked Rosemary.

- 1 1200 g chicken
- 1 onion
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Rosemary
- 1/2 cup of dry white wine
- 100 g of tomato pulp
- Salt
