Stuffed chicken
Instructions
Clean, wash, dry and flambé a 1000 g chicken.
Ingredients chicken mince and FRY in a little oil with 1 finely sliced onion.
Moisten with a little wine, let it evaporate and then add 300 g of stale corn bread.
Season with salt, pepper, thyme, marjoram, nutmeg and 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese.
Moisten with a little water or broth to soften well the bread and with this compound fill the chicken to be cooked in the oven.

- 1 1000 g chicken
- Little of olive oil
- 1 finely sliced onion
- Little of wine
- 300 g of stale corn bread
- Salt
- Pepper
- Thyme
- Marjoram
- Nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon of grated parmesan cheese
- Little of broth (or water)
