Extremely flavorful chicken with mushrooms
Instructions
Prepare a stuffing made from chicken liver, prosciutto and mushrooms, chopped fine.
Clean the chicken and fill it with the filling well mixed, tie it with a string and season with salt and pepper.
Place over heat a saucepan which the chicken does not exceed more than 2/3 of its capacity and take it at the right temperature as described in the General instructions, arrange the chicken without caring if it sticks to the bottom (after a few minutes will come off by itself), FRY on all sides, add a glass of water, close the pot with the lid and cook for 40 minutes.

- 1 1000 g chicken
- 100 g of chicken livers
- 100 g of lean cooked ham
- 100 g of chopped mushrooms
- Salt
- Pepper
