Mustard crab meat
Instructions
Drain the crabmeat.
Eliminate any residues of cartilage.
Hard boil the eggs.
Collect the yolks in a bowl, sbriciolateli, add the mustard and stir to make a smooth sauce.
Add a little at a time oil and lemon juice, stirring as a mayonnaise.
When has increased volume adjust salt and pepper.
Stir the sauce to crab meat and place the mixture in the center of the large lettuce leaf giving it the shape of a dome.
Serve with slices of toasted bread
