Aroma meatballs
Instructions
Blend yogurt, cumin, cinnamon and lemon and keep in refrigerator 1 hour.
Whisk egg, mint and chopped parsley and leave covered for 30 minutes.
Mix the two types of meat, salt, pepper, egg with mint and parsley and grated cheese.
Mix and make meatballs as big as walnuts.
FRY in hot oil and serve with the yogurt sauce.

- 600 g of beef and lamb chop
- Egg
- Dried mint
- Parsley
- 50 g of gruyere cheese
- 200 g of yoghurt
- Cumin
- Cinnamon
- Lemon juice
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
