Meatballs with capers and cream
Instructions
Chop and mix the ham, garlic, boiled potato, egg and meat.
Add salt, flour and meatballs, cook them with olive oil, parsley and chilli.
Deglaze with the wine and cook for five minutes.
Add the capers, cream and cook for a few minutes.

- 100 g of ham
- 1 potato
- 1 egg

- 50 g of capers
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- Olive oil
- Flour
