Meatballs with pine nuts
Instructions
Baking the crumb in the broth, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes.
Mix the meat with the egg, the chopped pine nuts and breadcrumbs, pinch salt and pepper.
Form meatballs, flour them and fry them in hot oil.

- 350 g of pulp minced beef
- 40 g of pine nuts
- 80 g of breadcrumbs
- 50 cl of broth

- 1 egg
