Instructions

Soak the bread in milk, squeeze it and add to meat with cheese, nutmeg, 2 eggs, salt, pepper and chopped onions.

Mix and form meatballs to be passed in the flour.

FRY in hot oil.

Beat 2 eggs, lemon juice, cream, salt and pour over meatballs and serve.
