Meatballs in wine with the thermomix
Instructions
Chop the parmesan and parsley for 10 seconds at turbo speed.
Combine the meat, egg, soaked bread, salt and pepper: 30 seconds at speed 3.
Form of meatballs, Cook flour — add the Varoma tray, and anointed with oil.
Add the oil evaporate, the Rosemary and onion: 3 minutes at room temperature 100 speed 4.
Add the wine, water, nut: 30 minutes at Varoma temperature, speed 4.
After 5 minutes, place your Thermomix TM 31 and finish cooking.
Arrange the Meatballs in a serving dish and cringing with the cooking sauce.

- 500 g of minced veal
- 1 egg
- 1 sandwich soaked in milk
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 30 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 40 g of olive oil
- 20 cl of wine
- 300 g of water
- 1 tablespoon of thermomix nut
- 1/2 cipollina
- Little of rosemary
- Flour
- Salt
- Pepper
