Beef meatballs with lemon
Instructions
In a bowl put the meat, grated cheese, bechamel, a splash of Worcester and salt.
Mix well the dough and cut into eight round shaped balls and squished.
In a saucepan melt the butter and let it when it starts to become lay gold cooking meatballs to moderate flame for about a quarter of an hour.
Put them on the serving dish and keep them warm.
Pour in the Pan four tablespoons of cream, juice of half a lemon to filtered colander, a teaspoon breadcrumbs, stir and let thicken slightly and seasoning.
Pour the hot sauce over meatballs, served right at the table.

- 400 g of minced beef
- 50 g of grated cheese
- 4 tablespoons of bechamel
- 40 g of butter
- Spray 1 of worcester sauce
- 4 tablespoons of cream
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 teaspoon of breadcrumbs
- Salt
