Beef meatballs with potatoes
Instructions
Finely chop the meat and the mortadella; Mash the boiled potatoes while they are still hot.
Mix, linked the dough with an egg; insaporitelo with a tablespoon of cheese and a bit of chopped parsley, salt and pepper.
Prepare eight meatballs, put them in bread crumbs and FRY in hot oil.
Dry on paper towels, put them on a hot serving dish, serve with a salad of lattughino.
