Fish Balls (Polpette di Pesce)
Instructions
Boil in salted boiling water fish fillets well cleaned with onion, celery, parsley, lemon juice and a pinch of salt.
Cook about 10 minutes, drain, sbriciolateli fillets into a bowl with the crumb of bane and wet well squeezed, chopped parsley, a pinch of nutmeg and beaten egg.
Mix, season with salt and, if necessary, established with a little flour.
Many large meatballs prepared as nuts, put them in bread crumbs and fry them in plenty of boiling oil.
