Olive meatballs
Instructions
Mix together all ingredients (except oil) to obtain a soft dough.
Form the meatballs and then brown them in a pan with plenty of oil.
Arrange on serving platter and 1 guarnirle with carrot slices, celery sticks, chunks of tomato and olives.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 G = = minced meat
- 3 sausages
- 2 eggs
- 200 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 glass of cold milk
- Salt
- Nutmeg
- 200 g of chopped black olives
- Breadcrumbs
- Abundant of frying oil
- For garnishing:
- Some slices of carrot
- Some of celery sticks
- Some of tomato chunks
- Some of olives
